This was the first day I used the awesome 14mm super wide lens at the track. You need to get REALLY close to avoid having the entire racetrack in your frame. For this image, I had to hold the camera over the front tire, and it is stil in the image! The center-emphasis of the flash really works in this frame, as there isn't really anything on the edges to illuminate anyway. But in other cases the difference between the 28mm coverage of the flash and the 14mm lens may be of disadvantage. But if you can get close enough, and that means within inches, the effect of this lens is just phantastic.

Tech Info: 14/f2.8, f11, 1/125sec, fill flash at -2/3 stops, EOS-1N, handheld, Fuji Super G 100asa
