Scooter didn't shave that morning. Laguna Seca, just before the start to the last race of 1995. I was walking towards turn 2 to make it across the track just before the pace cars started rolling. On my way down the grid I usually look for people having a last exchange or concentrating in their cars. Scott was just waiting, with most of the media in front of him near Jaques Villeneuve. I havd plenty of time to focus and make sure the light was good. I then ran to turn 2 for the start, just making it there in time.
