
This picture just happend - after hours of hanging around the Penske cars at Elkhart Lake, Emmo finally had a second for a picture; and it turned out beautifully. The light wasn't planned that way at all, but it underlines why I don't like fill-flash! The face has experience written all over it, and the harsh side lighting with the late afternoon glow in the light helps to bring that out. You can't expect Emmo to take off his own line of sunglasses - they are as much part of what people see in him as his red firesuit and the Marlboro logo.
