Plan for 15-20 minutes and about 8 - 10 glue sticks per trap. If you place the white side out, the glue needs to go into the holes to hold on. Dark side of the board out means the fiberglass may not stick to it so well, and there's a stronger smell coming from the pegboard material (Formaldehyde), which I don't like at all.
