| Here now both finished wires for left/right channels. These cables sounded better "out of the
box" than my old version built with (expensive) Teflon insulated 32awg wire on manilar rope or the oldest version with (the very expensive) Teflon tubing core. Harshness that some people attest to silver wires was actually down from the first minute these were in my system, and I assume they'll
get better over time. After building about 10 pairs of ICs based on the basic VenHaus design and variations thereof, this is by
far the best sounding IC I have ever used. The best part is that it costs less to build than the original design, is more flexible, and
actually slightly easier to build than the Teflon tube core version. All of these cables take significant time to build, but I have heard big-$$$$ cables in comparison without feeling that my cables were inferior. A friend built the same cables using this guide with the silver Eichmann Bullet connectors and reported similar improvement to his system. |
