| Here now the jig you need to build to get these cables built properly. I have used this design with teflon tubing, manila rope and now cotton rope. The only thing that differs on the jig between the IC designs is the way the core of the IC is attached to the raised blocks on each end of the jig. For the teflon tubing version. just do whatever it takes to get the core material suspended a few inches above the work surface and under enough tension so it won't bend around while you wrap the wires and teflon around it. |
